Seems that is a pretty basic thing and it is hard to believe Linux is that far behind OS X and Windows. It's a configuration option which is by default disabled. In this concern microsoft windows is far behind, as you can't disable double click. PS. When trolling, you should not include the instructions for your trolling in your post.
