I know how to *build* one, I just don't see the point.  It seems like a 
complicated way to do a simple thing. The ones I read about were radial 
spokes about three feet off the ground,  In the early days of TV, there were 
steel rods, with a copper appearance used in serious (expensive) 
installations.   I don't know if all that money was wasted or just most of 
it.   I imagine a guy standing on a stepladder, outdoors, hammering away at 
that thing. Sounds nasty.
