Also need to cull rubbish programs you don't need or want. There are several programs that can address the screwed up taskbar, so maybe you can find one you like. And you're right, it's basically win 10 under the hood. They just added a lot of crapware, then renamed everything and moved everything around, but once you've gone through it, you'll realize ... It's just win 10 with a different color lipstick.
