I got this results :
download : 2,76 Mbits/s
upload : 492,3 kBits/s

very modest in their stats (I don't have optical fibre, 
still relying on copper)

but I have been misleading.
100-200 people is the number of the students in the courses, 
not the number of users connected. It would be very unusual 
to have just more than 2-3 of them connected at the same 
time i reckon ....
