No. it was not. You asked how to have your own cloud on your home
system. For anyone to connect, they would have to know your home ip
address, and right there is the rub. You could give them the current
ip address when you tell them about it. When it changes the could not
connect until they know the new ip addy.

Ah, but at the time of your post, I assumed you did not know of those
other services, or what was needed until you did the suggested google
lookup or learned a bit more about it in this thread.
