Must du auch nicht, das was du auf der U1 messen koenntest, kannst du auch 
aus den Messungen der U2 und der bekannten Laenge M1-M2 berechnen.

Und wenn du es bei bewegter Platform misst kommt das gleiche heraus,
aber das soll dann falsch sein...

Du musst natuerlich dafuer sorgen dass M1 und M2 mit gleich langen Kabeln
an der U1 haengen, und deshalb die Zeit dort gleich ist.
Das gilt aber auch fuer die ruhende Plattform.

Nimm gleich lange Kabel, oder stelle die U1 so dass sie gleichen Abstand zu
M1 und M2 hat, auch das sollte kein Problem sein.

Nur wie bekommst du die %werte wenn du nur die Laufzeit auf der U2 misst.
Die ist dann z.B. 97% von etwas was du nicht misst.  Da fehlt doch was.

Ja die Logik fordert dass du auch diese Zeit misst.

"Die Methode" misst immer die gleichen Zeiten egal wie schnell sich
die Platform bewegt, und auch wenn sie steht.
