If I choose the last option, I have to confirm that I do want to delete. POPStar also shows me the size of the e-mail, the sender and the subject line, so it is pretty easy to make a decision, and the decision time is also configurable. The default is to skip large e-mails, so that they are just left on the server while the smaller stuff is downloaded.
