I found it easier to just buy a Latin 2 font from EFF, back in EasiWriter 5 days. No problems at all using this font with EW. > However, it's only my copy of EasiWriter which compresses > the lines, when I use the new Latin 2 version of the font. What I do notice, though, is when using Pluto set to iso-8859-2, the cursor is frequently in the wrong place. The characters are spaced perfectly normally, but the cursor often lies on top of a character rather than between characters, which makes editing difficult. Could it be that the cursor always assumes that characters are Latin 1, and so, if a Latin 2 character is fatter than its Latin 1 equivalent (same ASCII code), the cursor is misplaced? -- Russell http://www.russell-hafter-holidays.co.uk Russell Hafter Holidays E-mail to enquiries at our domain Need a hotel? <http://www.hrs.com/?client=en__blue&customerId=416873103>
