At the risk of drifting off the topic, why doesn't !XChars display the
cyrillic characters of a unicode font when viewed in cyrillic encoding,
while all other encodings show the full set of appropriate characters?

I've tried ArialUni, Arial.Regular and Times.Regular, all of which have a
an extensive set of cyrillic characters.

At the risk of drifting off even further, is there any chance that you,
Martin, or anyone else is going to develop a fully unicode aware RISC OS?
