It is not MPro that *downloads* emails. It will be a mail transport like
PopStar, or Hermes which do the downloads.

MPro is probably objecting to *debatching* the emails which are sitting
on your computer in a file somewhere ... depending on which mail
transport you are using.

PopStar (and I expect Hermes) can have limits set so they will not
download excessively large files.

If it has not been downloaded, you can use the PlusNet webmail interface
to see what is still on their servers. But if it has been downloaded you
need to find the file on your machine.
