How can I find out who sent a vastly oversize e-mail?

This evening I opened Messenger Pro 6.03, it said "downloading 19 
Messages" of a vastly excessive size, as I rememeber 18 MB, it 
downloaded 18 ordinary messages, spent a long time on the 19th and 
then said "debatch failed, messageserv exceeded" or something like 
that.

What was that oversize 19 message? Probably spam of course, but maybe 
something of interest or value. How can I find out. Beaverbell is 
hosted on Plus.
