Not strictly over ShareFS, but over the network - I guess that this
is your real requirement...

Install a VNC server on the Raspberry Pi.  There's a thread on the
RISC OS Open "Wish lists" forum called "VNC Server" that contains
all the links and some useful reading - I think it's better to
point you at the topic rather than just at a download.

Make sure that the VNC server is run when the RPi starts up.

Install Avalanche (the VNC client) on your client machine, i.e.
the one with monitor, keyboard and mouse.

Now you have the RPi's desktop appearing on the client machine,
so you can do anything on it, not merely shut it down.
