I did suggest that it could be on the remote machine!

Mine was in RAM because my particular application was driven from the
Iyonix, so the files were copied from the Iyonix hard disc each time it
ran. 

As long as the roscli can execute a Filer_Run command on the remote
machine which can run a program that shuts the remote machine down, it
does not matter where the program is!
