The Earth gave life to all the galaxies in the universe. just do an experiment on it... fill up your bathtub with water.. and throw stone in the center of the tub... watch expanding "shells" of galaxies. dats why she sells sea shells on the sea shore. -- The Starmaker -- To question the unquestionable, ask the unaskable, to think the unthinkable, mention the unmentionable, say the unsayable, and challenge the unchallengeable.

You could actually assume, the universe would have local times only. This is really difficult to understand, but think, that there is not only a forward running time, but also an invisible realm, where time runs backwards, if seen from our perspektive. Seen from there, our time runs backwards. Now add these two realms together and you have an overlay of forward runnig time and backwards running time. The only time visible is the own time, which runs forewards by default. But the other time exists also, but is not visible. The global structure of the universe would than be: it is like folding back inwards, where time runs backwards. TH

But because 'to see' requires light and that time to travel, we do not see the universe as it is, but receive a certain picture from our past. This picture is 'stacked in time', because further away is also longer ago. Now the 'real universe' might eventually be timeless, but our visions of it are not. It is actually a little tricky to remove the influence of time in the pictures we receive from the past and it is in most cases also impossible. But we could assume a universe out there, that we cannot see, but which could eventually have such properties as a universal time. TH

Not really. I regard physics as a hobby, but not as a religion. Religion is based on believe, while science is based on not believing anything. It is actually essential, to question everything, even what seems to be most obvious. If you would not do that, or worse forbade scrutiny, you end up with a scientific mess. In science we also have cooperation around the globe, between believers of different religions and of different nations. This turns science into something international and belonging to all believe systems in existence. > Do you believe in flying saucers? It's okay if you do, it's part of > the religion. Well, yes, I think, the theory, that the Nazis have built 'Haunebu IV' flying saucers is actually true. The Nazis have flown them to 'New Swabia' in the Antarctic and faught a battle with the US-Navi there, which they had won. (but that is just a guess) TH
