Ich habe auf jeden Fall gute Gründe.
Diese Gründe sind pragmatisch und vollkommen sachlich.
Z.B. die Lebensdauer von beispielsweise 150 TBW mit Wearleveling
bei Nand-Modulen macht mich total nervös!

Hingegen 150 PBW (1000-fach) ohne Wearleveling
finde ich souverän und sehr beruhigend.
Hinzu kommen die weiteren Alleinstellungsmerkmale.

Retention ist wohl >=3 Monate bei 40⁰C.
Hier aber praktisch keine Verschlechterung durch Schreibvorgänge.
