Es geht um die Darstellung der Daten. Wenn die Fehlerrate 1...3% 
beträgt, sieht man das bei der Relativzahlendarstellung sofort.
Macht sich aber nicht sogut wenn man es darauf anlegt, eine hohe 
Positivzahl präsentieren zu wollen.

Bei einer "linearen" Darstellung würde der Betrachter sofort erkennen, 
das Grippe- /Coronaviren in den Sommermonaten verschwunden sind. Das 
hochfahren der Prüfungen ist dann unsinnig.
Die schon länger hier leben, wissen das wir es in den Sommermonaten mit 
Rhino- sowie Adenoviren zu tun haben.
