Nein. Auch da darf die Falschpositivrate die Inzidenz nicht übersteigen,
um eine Größenordnung schon gar nicht. Oft reicht sowas grob aus. Wenn
ich eine deutliche Abweichung von der Geschlechtergleichverteilung auf
einem Gräberfeld erkennen will, kann ich das auch mit einer unpräzisen
Bestimmung. In der Niedriginzidenz wie hier sind die Anforderungen
höher.

Ab und zu findet man auf dem Gräberfeld eines Klosters oder einer
vergleichbaren Gruppe (Soldatenfriedhof) eine anthropologisch bestimmte
Frau. Das wird jedes Mal publiziert und nie steht die bekannte
Fehlerrate der anthopologischen Geschlechtsbestimmung dabei.

Es gibt auch die aDNA-Untersuchung von sieben neolithischen Skeletten,
die alle laktoseintolerant waren. Das entspricht der Erwartung. Trotzdem
stand überall, man sehe, es waren zu der Zeit *alle* intolerant. Sagen
kann man (daraus) aber nur, vermutlich mindestens 84 %. Da man vom
gleichen Gräberfeld wahrscheinlich Verwandte greift, sogar noch etwas
weniger.

Wir haben für CoV2 eine Inzidenz im Promillebereich, kumulativ, also
alle erfaßt, die es je hatten (tun diese Tests nicht und sollen es nicht
tun) unter drei Prozent. Ein Test, der dieses Vorwissen verbessern soll,
muß sehr spezifisch sein.

In der Taz war ein Artikel über Schnelltests vor Verwandtenbesuchen. Die
Sensitivität war mit 80 % angegeben. Trotzdem sei, mit Verweis auf RKI,
ein negatives Ergebnis zu 99,9 % richtig. (Auf die Idee, daß jeder,
mindestens jeder mit Abitur, so etwas simples selbst aurechnen können
sollte, kommen Journalisten nicht.) In meinem Leserkommentar wies ich
darauf hin, daß ein Dummytest mit 0 % Sensititvität, der immer "negativ"
zeigt, zu 99,8 % korrekt ist.
