What one user sees may depend on what random-ish content is inserted into his stream. The base content is the same, but the advertising is random-ish and possibly/probably dependent on whatever the advertising cartels believe about you as represented by past searches (etc.) that you have done. If they know little about you, then the randomness of the streams is greater; if they know more then less. Or whatever in-between's there may be. As to Safari (etc.) each browser has its weaknesses and strengths. I find that Chrome is best for my needs. Some prefer Firefox, Safari, Opera, etc. meet their needs best. Objectively or subjectively as the case may be (in a Heisenbergish informed universe, of course).
