Not at all.

What one user sees may depend on what random-ish content is inserted 
into his stream.  The base content is the same, but the advertising is 
random-ish and possibly/probably dependent on whatever the advertising 
cartels believe about you as represented by past searches (etc.) that 
you have done.   If they know little about you, then the randomness of 
the streams is greater; if they know more then less.  Or whatever 
in-between's there may be.

As to Safari (etc.) each browser has its weaknesses and strengths.  I 
find that Chrome is best for my needs.  Some prefer Firefox, Safari, 
Opera, etc. meet their needs best.  Objectively or subjectively as the 
case may be (in a Heisenbergish informed universe, of course).
