That's quite the accusation.  But coming from you it has no weight or 
importance in the real world.

I've received an e-mail from R.M. explaining that he would have to 
change to menu item API he doesn't like (for reasons not made clearer 
than being "inferior").  There may be some petulance there but it's up 
to him to decide to change or not.  If he's not making enough money from 
it, that could be reason enough.
