Which isn't the issue at heart.  The issue at heart is swapping.  Which 
by disabling paging is turned off.  That's a good thing (if you have 
enough memory to begin with).  That VM itself would be partially 
disabled doesn't matter much.

Per the various articles touching on it, it is off.  Period.  (When I 
did disable it sometime last year there were no swaps at all over a 
period of 2 weeks).

Not me.  I'd have to see an article on line that delves into that.
