Technically it is a spelling error in English. It probably works fine
if you're using your Mac with the Spanish language.
Names are usually picked up as errors, unless they also happen to be
normal words ("Apple" being the obvious example). That's why
spellchecking can be a pain in the backside, especially here in New
Zealand with all the Maori placenames, and why I always leave it as the
very last thing I do before printing / PDFing.
