If it was your "internet connection" you would contact your ISP -
Orpheus/TalkTalk in your case, but since Purley is NOT an ISP, its a
hosting company, you could find out from the twitter feed (which is
independent of the Purley servers in this case), since you would still
have interent connection via your ISP - TalkTalk.
