It would only really be a serious upgrade for users of 3.x, it is 
better than RO 4 obviously, (unicode, DHCP).

Select and adjust have many features that RO 5 lacks. So as a main 
system on a real Risc PC, they would be more desirable. (Especially if 
you loaded improved components from RO 5.)

It needs to be dual bootable to be useful to most RPC owners. (Anyone 
who needs / wants to try it, could do so with a removable drive 
system, at present.)
