In Sharepoint the ribbon changes, icons, and text labels appear and
disappear depending on whether the window is maximised or not. In order
to get all the text labels on all the icons and all the icons to
display, I have to maximise the window on a 23" widescreen monitor.

Not much fun on a laptop screen.
