This was attributed to Peter Young not me. I entered the discussion
because I also use Pic_Index - it would be nice if it worked on the
Beagleboard/ARMini.

So far I have substituted InterGif (6.18 instead of 6.11) and your
jpegtran module into Pic_Index but the main error still points to a
FilerSwitch problem as indicated by Where. The Pic_Index author, John
Williams kindly got back to me but without a BB I suspect he will find
troubleshooting pretty difficult - we are reasonably certain it is a
bad support module(s) as Pic_Index is predominantly written in BASIC.
It would be nice to eliminate rdjpgcom so if you can find a BB
compatible copy that could be useful. If I remove rdjpgcom I still get
the FilerSwitch error but occurs after a subscript out-of-range error
at line 2265. Perhaps this is the effect of removing rdjpgcom but
truthfully I have no idea.
