For casual surfing of the web, twitter, facebook and Kindle I tend to use my Android phone. This has replaced newspapers and some books in my life. Over many years I became incredibly frustrated by MS windows and its single-tasking paradigm. Every window takes the whole screen when it is embiggened and has to be on the top of the stack when it is being edited, turning cut'n'paste into an art form.
