I'm creating a large video game on SourcForge. I was going to make it a shareware company; but I don't have that much money; plus I like Open Source. The ethics and the community. I e-mailed GNU how much money was into it a few years back; but I didn't get a reply. I'm thinking there may be money in Open Source. Money is a secondary concern; but is there any money in doing an Open Source game. And how would I make money off of Open Source. Especially a video game. I would like to stick in Open Source if all possible; but I would like to form a corperation around my video game eventually. I have a few people involved; so I must know if there is any money involved in Open Source; and how any suggestions on how I would make money from it? - Edward Principe --- Posted via news://freenews.netfront.net/ - Complaints to news@netfront.net ---
