You can 'probably' select the printer properties from the Windows 
control panel. From there you can usually either check a 'print to 
file' box, or change the printer port. The port will probably be 
something like USB001: or LPT1: or something like that (might possibly 
be a network share beginning \\). If you instead change it to FILE: 
Windows will prompt for a filename.

I believe you can also put an actual file specification in there and the 
system will always write to that filename. Caveat: This is all on 
Windows versions up to 8, Microsoft changed teh pritn piepline in 
WIndows 10 and I'm not certain how that now works.
