When the user goes to pen a pdf they receive a JVM.dll is not a valid win32 application. I have check the programs and look to be installed right and reinstalled Java 32 and 64 bit. 

C:\Program file\Java\Jre11.8.0_181\bin\server\jvm.dll is not valid Win32 application.
