Possibility #1: Your printer isn't a PostScript printer (or is multi 
language) and what you are sending isn't PostScript.

Possibility #2: The content really is blank

Possibility #3: There's a bug in whatever version of Ghostscript you are 
using.

You haven't supplied the input file, haven't said which version of 
Ghostscript you are using, and you haven't supplied the back channel 
output from Ghostscript whcih might give a clue.

Without any of that, its impossible to tell what's going on. If you 
thinkyou've found a bug in Ghostscript then you should report it at 
https://bugs.ghostscript.com
