Really?

FACTOR_FOR_ROUNDING_TO_TWO_DECIMALS seems as a name to me.

If it was named FACTOR_FOR_ROUNDING it could even be changed to
accommodate other roundings that to 0.01.

I would never use the first.

I am not even sure that I would use the last, but the last
is not that bad.
