execution semantics:
    The behavior of a Forth definition when it is executed.

Words such as IF have neither interpretation semantics nor execution
semantics, but do have run-time. Although implementers mostly know
what to do, the standard is inadequate as currently stated.

This will all have to wait until the end of the Forth2012 public
review period in September 2013. After that, the terminology
needs to be updated.
