This gets old.  Electricity doesn't have to be generated where it is 
used.  We make electricity all over the country and ship it where people 
need it, the same as anywhere else.  If you shut down the Hoover dam the 
price of electricity in Nevada would not skyrocket, they would just buy 
from another state.  That happens all the time when one area has to shut 
down generation for some reason or when peak loads get higher due to 
local weather or other factors.

None of which is not competitive.  It only exists because of the subsidies.

If you can't understand dumping or why a government has to deal with it, 
you don't understand economics.
