Since FlashForth is geared towards a Harward architecture,
porting some larger ARM/x86 based Forth to PIC32 could be more
productive.

That 'easy' part requires the you use the Mchip development tools and
libraries, and Forth is not
a part of that. So maybe not that 'easy'.

To support the different processor families the Mchip
library codes are full of conditional compilation macros. Not a pretty
sight.
