Nope, when its 3 days from the availability date, it
means that the work has started month ago and will
likely be available within a month or so of that date.

Utterly mangled all over again. Half this town went live on 23-Dec
and the other half went live on 20-Jan. It took a full week for NBNco
to say the second half had gone live after the RSPs knew that.
