Yeah, that obviously remains to be seen but since
its done by Optarse Wholesale who have the second
biggest operation in town mobile phone wise,
should be fine backhaul capacity wise. Not that
I care, I don't even bother with Netflix, don't find
the time to watch all the free to air TV I am interested
in watching. Did a couple of torrents late yesterday
arvo and they were noticeably faster than with the
adsl2+ service and worked fine.

Certainly  havent found too many who have got
connected to fttn in town yet, just one was also
being connected yesterday, but he was at work
when I was talking to him in one of the local
facebook groups and another was connected
last week. Most of the locals don't even know
if they have an fttn service or fixed wireless nbn
and those with fixed wireless nbn are getting
a pretty lousy result. Not all tho.
