100,100 is fine. I started our users at [30,nnn] unless they requested
something different (old Compuserve number, old DEC number except for [10,nnn],
etc.) and staff at [20,nnn].

I don't remember LAT existing before Tops-10/TOPS-20 went away...

Never used DECnet, so I can't answer this.

The two I know of are AMIS and FINE ("FINE Is Not EMACS"). AMIS was on the
KLAD pack, so that's what I used, except when I just used TECO (which I much
prefer to SOS).
