Following the guide I found on Reddit, there was no TOPS10.REl under
REL: It's in [10,7,mon] which is where I built from. There is a REL:
defined, but TOPS10.REL is not under it. I did my patching/building from
[10,7,mon]. I guess it's supposed to be there so I'll copy the rebuilt
one under that area.
