I just booted a KDE system I've had no previous experience, the default
DE for the live Endeavour OS, which is based on a rolling Arch.

It recently got a positive review in itsfoss

I haven't yet figured out its package management besides something it
calls endeavouros quickstart installer, which seems limited.

Now I'm reading that endeavour recommends using the command line for
installing, which I don't mind, but I like a 'synaptic-like' GUI to
learn about packages even if I'm going to command the install. Since
this is a KDE, I'll install octopi w/ yay.
