They don't want a vendor to know how it works. I don't know if you have heard about the 350Mhz cpu chip fabbed in 1965. Somewere on NSAs website, www.nsa.gov, there is a release program to corporations for advanced technology that they deem should be useful for public use. Anyway, since when did the nsa ever obey the law? -- When told the reason for daylight savings time the Old Indian said, "Only the government would believe that you could cut a foot off the top of a blanket, sew it to the bottom, and have a longer blanket."
