Lost Virgin password, Turnpike related.

Hi, I need your help.

Both my wife and  I started with our e-mail careers with Turnpike many 
years ago using our Virgin Media ntlworld.com accounts.

I decided to rent a domain so if we ever moved from VM we could keep our 
yeton.co.uk email addresses.

Over the years we migrated to Thunderbird and all went well until a week 
or so ago when my wife's contacts stopped receiving her sent e-mails, 
she could receive though, my attempts to solve this means she can't now 
do either, all mine are still working fine.

I decided to re instal Thunderbird for her but the password she used has 
been lost.

I fired up her Turnpike account and got dozens of old e-mails, I know we 
cant send from Turnpike these days but it seems we can receive.

Her VM password is needed for 123 Reg to intercept her VM e-mails and 
send them to our yeton.co.uk domain,

I've looked in the Turnpike e-mail setup and the password is there but 
represented by stars, is the password save in readable form anywhere in 
the Turnpike folders on her windows computer.
