Decades ago I once used a password reader to uncover a starred out 
password.  I think security has moved on making these readers 
ineffective.  However, since TP is decades old too it may be worth a try 
with, for example, 
https://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/asterisk_key.html  I switched 
from TP to TB some years ago so am unable to see if my 'solution' works.
