Do you have the install packages of all this software (i.e. not just the installed version/files)? Anyway, as you don't have another system to keep as a backup, make an image backup of your Windows 10 system and then (try to) upgrade to Windows 11. If (some of) your software doesn't work on Windows 11, you can restore the Windows 10 image. Of course any work you did in the meantime will be lost, but old your old programs and files will still be there. That said: I upgraded my wife's system from Windows 8.1 to 10 (just after Windows 8.1 went out of support) and all old software still worked. For my new system, I installed Windows 11 from scratch and then re-installed all the software I had on my previous Windows 8.1 system, everything worked (and some of the software is over 20 years old).
