Not at the time of 9/11; all of NORAD's radars looked outward for
threats against the continental US nor were hijacked airplanes within
US territory part of NORAD's mission.

AFAIK, NORAD still does not have any radar inside the US other than
the data it can get from the FAA.

Clueless; the "fakery" is in the press releases, not what is actually
shown on NORAD radar.
