I wouldn't regard 'Santa tracking' as a duty of a military installation, but following hijacked planes actually is. Faking flying objects (like in this case 'Santa') is real bad habit and extremely questionable. So this possibility should be revoked from NORAD, to disallow fakery of any kind. NORAD seems to be a joint operation of the USA and Canada. So US military should ask Canadians, if they are involved in some sort of faked flying objects (Santa, UFOs, planes). TH
