It's version 9 they are selling now**, for $40, and they don't seem to
have an intro version, like they once did.  It was bought by Avanquest,
but version 5 was still written by V-Com.  it's guaranteed for 30 days.
5 or 10 years ago I bought a new version from Avanquest and it had 2
substantial flaws that made using it not worth it.  They did give me my
money back.   they've had plenty of time to fix the flaws, but I'm happy
with version 5.
