In Niedersachsen offensichtlich nicht. Daraus ergibt sich allerdings die 
Frage: Sind die Niedersachsen wirklich so heftig verblödet oder stand 
das "Wahlergebnis" schon vorher fest und die "Wahl" war nur ein Akt der 
Volksbelustigung?
