  No there isn't.
  
  First of all you need a SMB server on the Android side, so that's an
app you need to install.

  But more importantly, a non-rooted phone can only use port numbers
from 1000 and above and on the Windows side, you can not change the
default SMB port number (445). Catch-22! :-(

  There are all kinds of 'solutions' (read: hacks), but it's probably
best to forget about the drive-letter approach.

  When I needed to do things like you want to do, I did it the other way
around, i.e. an Android SMB *client* which accesses a Network Share
(*not* a drive-letter) on the Windows system. On the Android side, I
used an app which could do one-way or two-way syncs, i.e. much like
Robocopy can do. (I can try to find a link to the app, but at the time
it could only handle SMB 1.0 protocol, which is not recommended.)
