Satriani I can bear for about 15 minutes at a time.  Vai not so much.
Satriani is also an all around nice guy.

Blackmore is definitely egotistical.  But that doesn't take away from his
talent.  I just don't pay any attention to things he says.  His music speaks
for itself.  As for Malmsteen, can't stand him.  Ritchie probably just gives
him a nod because of all the hero worship Malmsteen has poured on Ritchie
over the years.  I mean, the guy even scalloped his strat just like his
idol.
