In which case your H is not a universal halt decider. If there are
computations that you can't even ask it about, then what good is it?
And bear in mind that you claimed the only case you actually needed to
get right was the one corresponding to the Linz counterexample. That
would be P(P) which you are now claiming your H isn't even able to
accept as an input.
